Terms worth actually reading.

OTOWN CUSTOMS is an independent art studio selling prints, canvas, framed pieces, and phone cases of original artwork the studio owns. When you order here, you're buying from the studio directly — these terms govern that purchase. Using the site means you accept them; if anything here doesn't sit right, the fastest resolution is an email before you order.

Every print, canvas, framed piece, and case is produced after you order, in the configuration you chose. That's what keeps a 4,000-design catalog possible at these prices. The commitment on our side: production in 3–7 business days, careful packing, tracking on every parcel. The commitment on yours: double-check the size, finish, and address before checkout, because a made-to-order piece can't be restocked once it's made.

All artwork remains the copyright of OTOWN CUSTOMS. Buying a print gives you the physical object and the right to display it in your home, office, or any personal space — forever, no license renewal, no strings. It does not include reproduction rights: you may not scan, photograph for redistribution, resell copies, mint it, feed it to a generator, or use the image commercially. Gifting or reselling the physical print itself is fine — first-sale doctrine is real and we respect it. The image is what stays ours.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars: prints from $48 (12×18″), $78 (18×24″), and $128 (24×36″); frames add $42–$92 by size; canvas runs 1.35× the paper price; phone cases are $32. We work hard to keep descriptions, dimensions, and photos accurate. If we ever misprice or misdescribe something, we'll contact you before production with the option to confirm or cancel — we don't silently substitute.

Payment is collected at checkout via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Your payment details are processed by Stripe under their terms; we never see or store card numbers. An order is accepted when payment clears and your confirmation email sends.

We ship within the United States. Production takes 3–7 business days and most orders arrive 5–12 days after checkout. Print orders over $75 ship free in the U.S. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided — so check the address carefully, and tell us immediately if a parcel is marked delivered but missing; we'll work the carrier trace with you. Items damaged in transit or defective in production are replaced free within 30 days of delivery — photos of the item and packaging to hello@otowncustoms.art start the process. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns; the honest reasoning and full process are on the returns page. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval and post to your statement in 5–10 business days.

Don't scrape the catalog, probe the checkout, or use the site in a way that interferes with other people buying art. We'd rather not have to write this section at all, and reading it is probably a sign you weren't the target audience for it.

Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We stand behind replacements and refunds as described above; we're not liable for indirect losses — a missed housewarming, a wall that stayed empty a week longer. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't legally be limited.
