Made to order, packed like it matters.
Nothing sits in a warehouse here. Your print is produced after you order, in the United States, and packed for the journey it actually has to survive. Here are the real windows, the free-shipping rule, and what to expect at each step.
From checkout to doorstep.

Order placed
Your file, size, and finish go into the production queue within the hour. Made to order means your print doesn't exist until you ask for it.

Production — 3 to 7 business days
Printed with archival pigment inks, inspected, and — if you chose canvas or a frame — assembled by hand. Unframed paper prints sit at the fast end; framed and canvas pieces take the longer end.

Packed for the trip
12×18″ prints ship flat between rigid boards in a stay-flat mailer. Larger prints roll into a heavy-duty tube. Canvas and framed pieces ship boxed with corner protection.

In transit — tracking emailed
The moment the label is created, the tracking number goes to your order email. U.S. transit typically runs 2–5 business days after production.

Every window below is door-to-door from the day you order, production included. Business days are Monday–Friday; carriers don't count holidays either.

The $75 rule
Free U.S. shipping on print orders over $75.
No code, no membership — the discount applies automatically at checkout. An 18×24″ print ($78) qualifies on its own. A 12×18″ pair ($96) qualifies. One 24×36″ statement ($128) qualifies with room to spare. Below $75, shipping is calculated at cost at checkout — we don't mark it up.
Tracking, always.
Every package — every size, every price — ships with a tracking number, emailed the moment the label prints. If tracking shows no movement for five business days, email hello@otowncustoms.art and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
If it arrives broken.
Photograph the item and the packaging and email them with your order number — a replacement goes into production, free, within 30 days of delivery. Details are on the returns page. Keep the box until you've unrolled and inspected the print.
