Can I ship a gift straight to the recipient?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. Your receipt goes to your email, the package goes to them.
Is there gift wrap or a printed gift note in the box?
No. Items are printed and shipped by our print partners, so we can't add wrapping or a paper note. Instead, make a free private-view card online and send them the link.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to US addresses. We also ship to Canada, the UK and Australia, with no shipping charge added at checkout.
When will it arrive?
Everything is printed to order and ships within 48 business hours. We don't promise delivery dates; for the holidays we recommend ordering by Dec 14 for the best chance of US delivery by Dec 25.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email support@otowncustoms.art within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it free. And if it just isn't right for them, returns are free within 30 days.
What if I get the size or phone model wrong?
Returns are free within 30 days, so you can send it back and reorder the right size or model. It's still worth double-checking first so they get it sooner. If we made a mistake on our side, we fix it.
